1 Definitions & Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between imau4u ("Platform", "we", "the company") and each individual ("Member", "you", "user") who registers and uses the services provided through the imau4u.onl website and the imau4u mobile app.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

In this Agreement, "Services" encompasses all sports betting activities, online casino games, e-sports betting, live dealer games, as well as all supporting features including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and the loyalty program available through the imau4u platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use the imau4u platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Is an individual who acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or third party on behalf of any other person.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting services under applicable local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into and enforce a binding agreement.
• Providing registration information that is accurate, complete and up to date — including full name, phone number, date of birth and bank account details.
• Never having had a previous imau4u account suspended or closed due to a terms violation.

Imau4u reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of identification cards, bank statements or other supporting documents. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3 User Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at imau4u at any one time. This includes accounts registered using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address or device information. If our system detects the existence of multiple accounts, all accounts concerned will be suspended pending investigation.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. imau4u strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Contact imau4u customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account when using a device shared with others.

Imau4u will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you unless there is strong evidence to the contrary.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, or when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds the set threshold, imau4u will require full identity verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID, proof of current residential address, and in certain cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposit

Imau4u supports a variety of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. The minimum deposit is RM10 and will be credited to your account automatically once payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

5 Betting, Games & Results

Bet Cancellation & Rejection

Imau4u reserves the right to void or reject wagers under the following circumstances:

• There is a technical error or significant odds error resulting from a system disruption.
• The match or event wagered on has been cancelled, suspended, or materially changed in format.
• There is evidence of manipulation or fraud in the event concerned.
• Bets placed after an event has started due to delays in the live data feed.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds may change at any time. A bet is only valid once the system confirms its acceptance — the "Bet Accepted" message serves as final confirmation. imau4u is not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from odds changes prior to confirmation being received.

Casino Games

All casino games on imau4u use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or are operated by qualified human live dealers. Each round's outcome is independent and cannot be influenced by the platform or players.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

General Bonus Terms

7 Prohibited Conduct & Platform Misuse

The imau4u platform is intended solely for personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Betting Arbitrage: Systematically exploiting odds differences across markets or platforms to guarantee risk-free profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the imau4u platform as a channel to process funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false identities, or colluding with other users to obtain bonuses unlawfully.
• Hacking & Interference: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the imau4u systems, servers, or databases.
• Information Misuse: Using insider information or exploiting technical errors on the platform for unlawful gain.
• Betting Syndication: Operating as a betting syndicate or accepting bets from third parties through a personal account.

Imau4u operates a sophisticated monitoring system running 24 hours a day to detect suspicious activity. All reports relating to illegal activity will be submitted to the relevant authorities.

8 Suspension, Closure & Appeal Requests

Imau4u reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, request by legal authorities, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the member's own request.

If your account has been suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a written appeal to the imau4u customer support team within 14 calendar days from the date of the suspension notice. Appeals must be accompanied by relevant supporting documents.

Members may also close their own account at any time via the account settings section or by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Imau4u provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability or uninterrupted continuity of the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, imau4u shall not be liable for:

• Losses or missed gains resulting from service interruptions, technical delays, or third-party failures.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made based on information available on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages however they arise.

Imau4u's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Terms Amendment & Change Notice

Imau4u reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
